CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 


  • Families should notify their instructor as soon as possible if a swimmer will miss a lesson.
  • If a swimmer does not attend a lesson and the instructor was not notified in advance, that lesson will be counted and no make-up lesson will be provided.
  • Lessons are non-refundable, do not roll over, and must be used within the scheduled session dates.
  • In the event of instructor illness, facility closure, or a weather-related cancellation, SDSA will coordinate a make-up lesson or account credit when possible.


USA SWIMMING MEMBERSHIP 

SDSA is affiliated with USA Swimming. At your swimmer’s first registration, a $30 USA Swimming Flex Membership (USAS) fee will be applied. This membership is valid through December 2027 and may be used with any USA Swimming–affiliated program.
